Overall assessment of Graz -

We really liked Graz a lot. It is a small city of about 300,000 and is a very walkable, safe, clean, pretty city. There are some museums and a pretty cool clock tower up on the hill. But there aren’t a lot of other tourist sights. It isn’t really a tourist destination, but we thoroughly enjoyed it as part of our low key year of travel. There are so many nice pedestrian streets and random restaurants and bars that it was a delight for us, but it probably doesn’t need to go on anyone’s “must see” list. Or if you do visit, a couple days is probably adequate.
