Overall Assessment of Vienna -

Vienna is stunning! It should be a must see on your travel list especially for anyone interested in beautiful architecture, classical music, museums, wine culture, or the Hapsburg Dynasty. It is very safe and clean, the people were mostly friendly, there were no stray animals and almost no homeless people. It is, however a little pricey - not like London or New York, but by European standards, it was definitely one of the more expensive places we have visited. It is very big/spread out, but the public transportation is excellent and was never overcrowded.
