Llames de Pria

7/23/2025

We drove about an hour and a half west to do some coastal hiking just outside the town of Llames.

There were Bufones along the coast which are basically blowholes. If there are storms, water will shoot up from them during high tide. Unfortunately (or fortunately) for us, the weather was too nice to see any water spray from them. But the views were still gorgeous!

After hiking, we hit a really cute port town, Ribadesella, which was about another 20 minutes further west,

We didn’t do a whole lot here. Brian and Emily made a bee line for the water and had a little water time followed by mojitos. We wandered the town and found an actual wine bar so we could add to our wine bar count that has been suffering since leaving London!
