Greenwich

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is a bit to the east of Central London. It is cute and feels like a smaller town rather than part of a big city, but to be honest, there isn’t really much to do/see here.

Like pretty much every borough, there is a nice market. There is also an observatory, an old clipper ship and the Old Royal Naval College. There is nothing really for wine bars – so it was dead to us!! 😊The views along the water front are nice.

The main reason we went was to take the Uber Boat back into London. The Uber Boat is a ferry that has stops along the River Thames and works just like the underground (just tap your credit card when you get on and again when you get on). If you head to the back, there are outside seats. Even if there aren’t seats available and you have to stand, it is better back there than sitting inside (and not terribly windy). You can get some great pictures, and seats eventually open up.
